Internship Programs
  Washington, D.C.
Work for a congressman, intern on capital hill, and rub elbows with Washington elite. The DC program lets you do it all while still earning course credit.
     
     
  Brussels, Belgium
Travel to the capital of the European Union and work for the European Parliament, Research Institutions or Think Tanks, Peace and Conflict Resolution Organizations, NGO's and Pressure Groups, etc. You will also complete course work at Vesalius College and with the trip's lead ing faculty member.
       
  Canadian Parliament
Spend 5 weeks comparing US and Canadian political climates with an internship at the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa, Ontario.
     
  Upstate Public Affairs
**Now taking applications for Summer and Fall 2010**
The PS Department will sponsor credit-bearing (4) internships in local public affairs. This internship satisfies the engaged learning requirement for political science majors. Internships are offered in local government, the district office of a federal officeholder, a legal office, a poltical campaign or a local media outlet.
